US laws addressing financial data privacy don't cover digital wallets, open banking or AI. In comments to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, WPF asked for a study to measure the impact of a key but limited law affecting financial privacy, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act -- including on poor people.
