The exhibit told how those black soldiers fought for liberty both abroad and at home. The ABMC removed that exhibit. When visiting the cemetery the US Ambassador would not take questions from Dutch media as to why this was done.

There was a youtube series a few years back that was designed to help low-income people in the USA cook with the ingredients that they might find at the local corner store. I remember being an incompetent student and making terrible meals, despite having watched my mother cook and asked questions.

I do not think that is true. When a person has never fried an egg or boiled potatoes what they produce with their low skills will be worse than chicken nuggets, much worse than hot pizza. They will also not find the basic ingredients they need in their local shop.
