That’s a good point, thanks! I’m actually a little surprised by this. I imagine the 12700k is quite a popular chip, so the fact that they wouldn’t have one easily available is surprising.

What is the reason for recommending the 13900k vs. 12900k in the ultra preset? I wasn’t expecting this game to be particularly CPU heavy, so I was curious if you could provide any insight.

I’m not sure this stat by itself means a whole lot. COVID really messed with the data in the last couple years; working from home increased from 7% to 33% between 2017 and 2022. And driving has fallen from 34% to 28% in the same period. And the link WashPost article indicates record ridership.
