My spouse and I are having a quiet thanksgiving at home. We started on the pie yesterday and finished it for breakfast. A+ experience. Eating pie early should become a Thanksgiving tradition.

I'll probably pick it up again when I get writers block on my current project.

I'm old enough to remember the idea of using your real name online was considered dangerous. Took me a while to leave livejournal and hop over to Facebook because of that fact.

I had a similar experience with Hoover Dam. Definitely visit a massive natural/man made feature in person. Seeing it on TV does not convey the scale of the size.

I like blue sky because it's less about monetizing or marketing and more about sharing your thoughts. My old Facebook feed is all businesses and engagement videos. My blue sky is people I know and authors I like talking about their day.
