Today marks 3 years since the murder of Ashling Murphy. Our thoughts are with Ashling's loved ones & community as they remember her today. We hoped that Ashling's murder was a watershed moment regarding male violence against women and girls in this country. This is not the case.

The wonderful face of a very brave girl, Malika (8), who died while trying to protect her mother from a violent attack in their home in New Ross, Co Wexford. No child should ever have to experience violence and abuse nor lose their precious lives in such an awful way.

We are in awe of the determination & bravery of Nikita Hand as she endured the civil process to seek justice for the brutality she received at the hands of Conor McGregor. We hope that the verdict today gives Nikita a sense of vindication and will help her healing and recovery.
