If you haven't already, everybody should read Wrath Goddess Sing by Maya Deane. It is a retelling of the Iliad from the point of view of Achilles as a trans woman. It is a brutal but beautiful story and I needed to share it with all of you.

I've gotten a dozen "thoughts & prayers" and "you are seen and heard" messages.
We don't need sympathy, we need action, we need you to fight for us. We need you to help defend us now that the government wants us gone.

Just saw the show in LA and it was AMAZING! Basic Printer and Under the Rug were so incredible and I was so lucky to have been able to make this trek over to see them. Casey, Brendan, Sean, and everyone else I know I'm missing (terrible with names) thank you all for such an unforgettable night. TWD
