So Dems focus too much on LGBTQ+, climate change and abortion- but (seemingly unknown to Ezra Klein), the polls favor Dems on abortion nationwide.

Reps focus too much on crime and immigration. The polls favored them on immigration before the election, but now their actual policies are unpopular.

largely subjective and ripe for propaganda and fear mongering

Just move on. You can’t get 100% participation. Chastising someone is just divisive energy that could be better spent elsewhere.
