To be fair, you can also tell the investigator is VERY good at her job. Part of the reason he was so open and ready to talk was because of her demeanor and how she lead him right where he needed to go.

Drawing well is a skill that's easy to prove and instantly commands respect because universally, every human has drawn something at some point and knows how difficult it is. Growing up fat/unpopular I could still earn some respect because I could draw well. Ai assholes want that without the work.

I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.
