We hypothesize that this kind of play is useful to train the body self, as the intentional exafference during voluntary passive locomotion is predicted by a corollary discharge of the internal model (voluntary) but not reduced by an efference copy (passive motion). (6/7)

A short reminder what it is all about:
We enriched our flies’ life with a spinning platform to see how they interact with it over 2 days – turns out some love it, some hate it. Another great example of idiosyncratic behavior. (2/7)
