I felt like I was cornered by a bully. Thankfully I was able to flag a supervisor that was able to take over the call because there was no way for me to diffuse the situation, but the whole thing made me feel crappy because I wanted to tell the guy to go fuck himself, but also, just wanted to cry

And ended up asking questions like "does you company supports a terrorist country that isn't recognized by the UN" and "does your company support people like Al Qaeda and ISIS too???" and I couldn't say anything because I felt like *anything* was the wrong answer and could get me in trouble
