When you travel to a country like Panama and study it, you realize how ridiculous the USA has become. The Panama Canal opened in 1914 because of American ingenuity. The 2007 expansion, however, did not appear to include the US. It was a major success. Without us. Go figure. 🙄 We’re irrelevant.

On November 6, 2024, I told myself I could just continue to live my life until the nightmare 4 years are over. Now - Less than 2 weeks in - I’m not sure how it will be remotely possible. I can’t believe fellow citizens voted for this …..thing.

Here I am. I’ve been off X since shortly after Musk bought it. One thing I didn’t like was trying to figure out who was posting what. It always seemed like a conversation thread gone wild. Bluesky is designed the same way? On purpose, I think? When I’m scrolling (1/2)
