I definitely interpreted this differently than most, especially since there are two different patients. Instead, I thought of someone, or myself, winning the lottery and secretly gifting people whom I know with the funds to address issues in their lives, especially health issues.

There's a new tool that's easy to use and help you out called Ventoy (ventoy.net), which will allow you to easily try Mint without changing anything in your computer. (Maybe try this version on Mint: mirrors.seas.harvard.edu/linuxmint/st... )

I just thought of this... ChatGPT is a pretty good technical assistant for helping install Mint and guiding you around getting used to using it. If your computer is really old, backup your data and dump Windows for a fresh, new computer feel.

Tech support is only a Google/DuckDuckGo search away, and it's also free. Plus, you have such a reliable operating system that it's used to run almost everything on the internet.

Maybe try Mint (Linux) because it's made to look and feel a lot like Windows. Add an added bonus, 99% of the software you use has a free version with Mint, and it's compatible with Windows (like Word, Excel, etc). The main difference is that the names are different with Mint.

Unfortunately, I do tend to respond, but it tends to come with a strong surge of anger and the urge to harm that person. Yet, I wait for and search for a reason to violently defend myself, or even better yet, defend someone else.
