Damn, so I was off on the voice sound itself, but right on that haughty, playful cadence: I always used Emily Blunt's voice in my head for Katherine!

I think for Hedwig I used Jennifer English's voice in my head, and for Charity, I used Muriel from Courage XD

Never played it myself but, if what I hear is correct, OFF was the reason why a lot of other similar RPGs exist?

Out of respect I wish it was as much of a household name as Undertale, but maybe that level of popularity has its downsides. Maybe OFF is perfect right where it is, I'll never be sure.
