Instead of looking for a new therapist, I am making signs to self soothe. In honor of the NFL Draft in my home state of WI, I made a themed one to protest at Tom Tiffany's local office on Wed. I haven't added them all on Etsy yet but if anyone is interested. vocalpix.etsy.com

As if the federal chaos wasn't enough, today I found out that a very generous & reliable private grant is not able to allocate funds this year. That funding source alone represents about 13% of the budget for our nonprofit. 😬 AND my stupid adolescent dog chewed the strap off my brand new sandals. 😡

Yes. Unable to zip a coat so you can watch awards at the race. Or even take out your earbud because dexterity in fingers is gone. But still a good time!

No Woodman's here yet. Or Meijer or HyVee! Aldi works but sometimes we just need new socks or something Aldi doesn't carry. Maybe companies just shouldn't be able to throw their financial support toward political agendas.

When school is closed for subzero temps, my (teacher) husband first turns hot water into "snow", then freezes an outfit and sets it up in the yard. 😂This year, I donated a few items to the display. Stay warm and stay cool. 🥶✌🏻
