When I was in Japan last I found a crane machine with Birthday Bear plushies in it. But I noticed the trademark wasn't Nelvana. I thought 'thats odd' and took a pic of it, but forgot about it until now. Care Bears & Nelvana were so important to little me. Sad that's ended :(

Oh its that time of the decade where I find the oldest piece of CLAMP memorabilia I own: Hagunsei Senki (1989/90). I believe its the origin of Nagisa & Suoh from Clamp Campus Detectives & Yuto from X1999. I have 4 issues + a magazine feature! The magazine also covers 20 Masks, RG Veda, & Miracle You

Samurai Pizza Cats was such a huge influence on me in my animation career 🥺🥺 and a show I've been lucky enough to collect production art from. Two of my most cherished pieces are a master BG painting for the castle & an evening alt painting from Ep 7 (along with a whole bunch of original cels)

I've returned to the eastern time zone! Now I have a monumental task... to get over a decades worth of cigarette smoke out of my rescued collectables 🤢🤢🤮. I lay my trust in 120 scent free bounce sheets and open baggies of baking soda that look really sus LOL
