i should add that the lower the RP level, the probability of explorer misbehaving on you just kind of spikes up to tenfold in contrast to RP01 or even the boilerplate Windows 7 UI you get on non-redpilled builds

maybe we should tone down on all this personalization stuff; i can understand having some flair but you can't just go overboard to the point that it becomes visually overloading […]
