At least once a year all the back from 2018 til now I have a thought pop into my head:
"I need to make a Vtuber"

Just learned I could use my photo editor to dither colors
and then use median blur in that order
and then it gives me a really good reference for art cause it groups all the lights and shadows and colors (assuming I had good lighting in the first place)
