My fam research began in 1990 w/a story about my g.g. Grandfather traveling in 1871 Yellowstone, leading to a 400pg book about my family and its impact on mining and smelting world-wide. 1 big surprise: the first city-wide health ins program in the US was launched in NYC in 1934 by my g.grandfather!

A picture of a bookcase seems popular on here and I am all for it! My itinerant early adult life caused me to giveaway many of the adventure, fantasy, and classical books I used to own. Historical non-fiction in a variety of subjects now dominates my shelves. Here is two book cases of mine.
