The why and who behind the criticism is just as, or actually even more, important than the existence of the criticism itself. A white supremacist and a left wing latte sipping wokeist have criticisms of JD Vance, that doesn’t make him a balanced and unbiased actor.

That’s not really how balance works. You see the left criticise it for platforming right wing figures far more than left, and being a significant player in the normalisation of right wing beliefs and politics. The right criticise it because it doesn’t call gay people unclean sinners

I stg Labubus didn’t exist like 2 months ago.

No, they just assume we will make do with less. They’ve already said that having a heated home in winter is a luxury, now they’ll start pushing the idea that anything but the bare basic provisions are woke and elitist.

Everyone glazing it like “wait until you hear what they normally sound like!” like metal singers can’t actually sing. Also, Slipknot did it better with Vermillion pt2 AND Snuff.

Also, also! The Disturbed guy is a piece of shit.

Labour would very much like it if we all forgot she was murdered and just assume she committed suicide due to online bullying and/or beauty standards

It would be extremely stupid of whatever private entity hopes to buy the BBC to not insist on keeping the licence fee, it’s a massive captive audience mandated by law. It’s just good business sense.

Ok but why are you trying to pin the blame on her phone use and not the environment of transphobia that your own government is contributing towards?

Gotta keep the shareholders happy, after all. And how is Starmer et al possibly going to get a job on their advisory board when they leave office if the deal isn’t extremely favourable to the private sector.

If anything the DM is more respectable, because they’re not trying to hide their biases

The BBC seems oddly (not that oddly) invested in presenting her death like it was a suicide, for some reason.

What’s the occasional “covering up for a pedophile and having it be an ‘open secret’ for years” when you have, I dunno, fuckin’ QI or something idk.
November 11, 2025 at 10:55 AM
It might, in the name of “balance”, platform open racists and eugenicists as “researchers” whilst anyone slightly left wing is an “activist” and maybe it hides that some of the experts work for think tanks that have a direct stake in promoting a certain view, but it also makes Traitors, so who can s

Sure it contributed to a hostile environment against trans people, leading to a young girl being murdered, but have you thought about how it also makes Bake Off?

Basically living up to every stereotype held by people who’s only interaction with “the left” is memories of Citizen Smith

Has Elon upset them enough they’ve started calling him an oligarch now or is that still reserved for foreign billionaires?
