Aside from the existence of the President and VP, the only provision of the Constitution limiting Congress's authority to structure the civilian executive branch is the Appointments Clause. That's it. All the rest is made up.

Well, Google Gemini has started giving all responses in French on my phone - even after I asked it not to and it *assured* me it wouldn't. So I definitely don't want AI flying my plane, driving my bus, or teaching my kid. Unless maybe it's teaching them French. Maybe.
