Marking 2 years into my posting in Shanghai. An incredible journey so far, an honour to be part of the NZ Inc team representing New Zealand in China. After 2 years still so much more to learn about this huge, dynamic & diverse place, I’ve only scraped the surface. 🇳🇿🇨🇳

2023 what a year! Family wise, welcomed our daughter / 2nd child into this world. Work wise, busy helping NZ reconnect with China & supporting Kiwi business navigate the China market. Looking forward to new horizons in 2024: Year of the Dragon🐉 Happy New Year from Shanghai.

I love seeing Shanghai’s vibrant park life. Ballroom dancing among the activities that senior citizens devote themselves to at parks & public squares in China.

Delighted to spend time with Brad Olsen (Infomerrics CEO/Principal Economist) & Amelia Morgan (agri lawyer) when they visited Shanghai. Great to involve them in discussions on China’s economy with business & NZTE. Bonus: the 3 of us are fellow members of the Asia NZ Foundation Leadership Network.
