I have. I've even had membership, but of the three I've tried, the atmosphere has been pretty unpleasant. Well... Hostile. I've some bits of equipment at home, which keeps the doctor of my back, but I think the days of having a chiselled body are well and truly over. I'm actually OK with that.

Lift heavy and run fast are not things for me. I used to love running until arthritis took that away, but I've never been one for gyms.
