Coming out of my silent reader hole to ask about Kindle’s - I’ve had the 11th gen paper white for 18 months and it has frozen on the Lock Screen with no amount of any 40 second button holding helping. And Amazon said, well give you 15% off a new one. Sir this is still new to me. Anyone have a fix?
