UK GDS Service Manual experts: I am looking for a cross-functional flowchart that illustrates what each role could/should be doing in each stage from Discovery, through Alpha, Private Beta, Public Beta, Live and Retirement. Does anyone have such a thing? (And yes I have been searching for a while!)

This is very good - especially that DEFRA is blogging about it. That said, there must be a cross-government standard for this rather than each department creating their own.
