The picture that has now emerged is one of racially aggravated bullying.

Hannan seems to miss the fact that these revelations are about conduct that most UK voters would consider hateful and unacceptable. They can't be shrugged off as 'banter' or 'PC gone mad'. There can only be a tiny number of otherwise non-voting devout racists who'll be energised to vote by this.
