Update: she is now normal to the humans. However, Tickle, the cat who actually visited the vet, is the sole scapegoat. They’ve disliked each other for15 years. But now Obi refuses to be in the same room as Tickle.
My cat is angry at everyone in the house all because the OTHER cat went to the vet! She’s got some kind of vet PTSD because she’s been hissing at us for two days!
We’ve tried showering & making sure nothing that smells like the vet is in the house. But nothing works!

I took notes but left no explanations. I wish I didn’t habitually stray from the written pattern.

I hate it when a “hard sci-fi” author writes this kinda crap. Evolution does not have a pinnacle to strive towards, merely survival in its current environment. If I hadn’t already invested 12+ hours I would just stop reading.

Amazon has bread makers for $62. The one I got works remarkably well. I got sick of paying $6 for a loaf of fresh bread.
I can make ten fresh loaves of bread for $12
5 pound bag of bread flour = $6
Yeast = $6
(Oil, salt, sugar are staples)

Well, I tried the latest iPad iOS beta today. I would not recommend it, it’s buggy as hell. Just attempting to use thier new multitasker would force my device to close. The more often it happened, the longer it took to wake up afterwards. My device is a year old.

I was visiting Twitter, where a discussion of empathy had at least one half of respondents saying the problem with society is too much empathy. And that’s terrifying.

Once, I had a swarm in my office. I was using my manual wheelchair at the time and had to roll over this mass of them as my wheels squished them, which involved me having have squished ants all over my hands until I could get to a sink.
