I have watched a lot of Russian state television, and, unfortunately, I see a lot of parallels between how casually Russian media personalities discuss dividing up nations against their will and how casually these people entertain annexing Greenland. I half expected to see a Margarita Simonyan segue
US media casually discussing invading a sovereign nation by force to steal their rare earth minerals.
