A panic attack would probably hit different if you actually were dying
experiment from the game "Scav:prototype" on Itch.io in extreme distress, wide-eyed and crying. Looking through my drawings, it occurs to me that I typically just clean up my sketches to make the lineart usually. Since I usually don't like the lineart vs the sketch

Tonteel ( Oc of Riverbirch) a large, bone-faced cryptid kneeling over Quill the kobold. His hand is grasping most of Quill's torso with a gentle squish. Tonteel is breathing out onto Quill's face and looking expectant. Quill looks nervous but very excited (evident by the deep blush.) He is erect and is leaking a little pre. Text on screen is "Thump thump thump" with a beating heart and a "gulp" onomotopeia from Quill. Tonteel is facing mostly away from the camera as he lifts Quill entirely from the ground and presses him against the wall, holding him up by the thighs. Quill looks very flustered and overstimulated and is gripping onto Tonteel hard. Tonteel's mouth has parted and he is using a long, prehensile tongue to stroke Quill off to a rapid completion. Quill dialogue" Ahhh~!! O-oh goodness... I~I'm~ Gonna-! AAAA~!!" (riveting) Onomatopoeia of "Fwump" when Quill bumps against the wall and Happy, growly rumbles from Tonteel himself.
