Here’s my Chloe. The term “soul dog” doesn’t come close to describing her. And as I became more & more disabled, I trained her as my service dog—she picked up dropped items & “braced” to help me stand up. We lost her unexpectedly in 2013. 💔 (See alt text)

To start off, while going through my old art portfolios, I found some of my early sketches from high school, when I first began dabbling with charcoal & ink.

These are from January of 2021. Poor little Mama Fawn’s 1st pup was so big, he got stuck in the birth canal. But while racing to the emergency vet, I was able to pull him out. (That’s me holding him in the back seat!)

After that, Fawn safely brought 4 more perfect (& HUGE) babies into the world. 😍
