A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of 21-year-old Phoenix Spencer-Horn whose body was found in a flat in East Kilbride two days ago.

Ewan Methven, 26, made no plea or declaration when he appeared in court today. He was remanded in custody until he appears in court again next week.
