How about universal state healthcare so businesses don't have to fund and manage it for their employees?

How about a state bank improving loan access? How about public insurance and helping more with recovery when disasters happen (several different businesses just in my neighborhood closed in the past 5 years from fire)?

How about we make commercial rent and utils cheaper?

Why try to pull businesses in from out of state instead of making it easier for Oregonians who are already here to start and continue successful businesses?

Oh I see what you're saying. Interesting. I wonder if that matters. Coverage suggests they have agreed to pretty specific things (aligning immunization recommendations), whether it was in written form or not.

It sounds like the constitutional language is pretty broad: "any agreement or compact with another state", but there's a ton of caselaw exceptions to the restrictions. IF I'm understanding correctly any interstate initiative of any type would be a "compact" whether they call it that or not. IANAL
