He's an asshat. Take it along with "Quiet, piggie" and it tells me that fotus is is not a candidate for salvage and must be put out to pasture like all barrow swine.

What is considered a legal or illegal order? Sometimes the clarity is muddled by Brass who ultimately decides whether to move forward with charges. Kind of like determining whether rape has occured. I no longer trust the judgement of military Brass.

I no longer believe any information that originates within the current regime. Their numbers rarely correspond to reality.
