Nice to hear. It's a theme I've recently been hearing more often: that bicycling in Portland is really good. It is.
I recently traveled to Portland, Oregon, for the first time. There's one piece of advice I'd give every visitor.
We visited Portland, Oregon, for the first time. Exploring the city solely by bike helped us save money, explore, and have a better experience.

I dunno. Seems like if you don't have a quorum, then you're not breaking the law. What's the difference between a sub-quorum group chat now versus--in prev govt--one Commissioner leaning over in Council Chambers to privately confer w another?

Kind of a big shopping load on the bike tonight. Worked fine; just rode slowly.

I've often thought that's a test of a city's biking conditions: a person with a heavy, wobbly load should feel comfortable and safe riding at a slow pace while balancing everything.

Tonight? Easy-peasy
