New hip insult you'll be hearing everywhere soon:
"Was this made by Al?"

Especially effective when mentioned while watching a film (especially a big budget one) or listening to the new release of a song (preferably by a big pop star).

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

One of the many reasons I welcome Ken Burns's new documentary on the American Revolution. Presented by anyone else, George Will would describe this as "woke" history, but in the hands of Ken Burns it somehow finds a place in the overall narrative. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...

Tara Palmeri isn't exaggerating—she's warning:"If the Epstein files are released unredacted, it would truly shake the world." These aren't rumors-they're receipts. When the truth comes out, it won't just expose people, it'll expose the entire system that protected them.
