When I see people on here unknowingly join moral panics around child safety and technology, I think about how the future of this very platform hangs in the balance of this legislation that is designed to force us back onto big tech platforms. It’s not about the kids. It’s about all of us

Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users.

While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.

So this is “bringing jobs back”?

Farmers are going broke, turning into welfare cases, cause you deported their hard working people.

Americans won’t pick crops. And at this rate, we’ll be importing our food.

Your policy’s not pro-America. It’s stupid.

BREAKING: What you just witnessed was a state-sanctioned kidnapping. These people aren’t identifying themselves. Citizens can no longer distinguish between state authority & rogue violence.

This is not a warning about what might come. We are not watching the start of something. We are living it.

When he showed up to an immigration meeting in Memphis, Kasper Eriksen thought he was on the verge of becoming a citizen.

Then ICE arrested the Mississippi father of four, not even giving him a chance to say goodbye to his wife, whisking him away to a prison.

The Mississippi father thought he was on the verge of becoming a citizen when ICE arrested him in April.

Now he’s in a Louisiana prison, facing deportation over the 10-year-old mistake.

988 is suicide hotline for LGBTQ

This administration doesn't care about anyone who isn't them!

This needs to be thwarted by the legal system and by people around the country standing up for the community

Please share and do whatever you can for our friends and family
The federal government plans to eliminate services for LGBTQ youth who call 988, the national suicide and crisis hotline, according to a Health and Human Services budget draft leaked last week.

Y’all never talk about Rep. Underwood and that just doesn’t seem right considering how much heavy lifting she has done and continues to do without fanfare, demonization, othering, cameras, “tours” or ego. Can’t wait to vote for her in a national election one day (it WILL happen☺️)

Gélineau advanced the term "narcolepsy" in 1880 while de la Tourette described his eponymous syndrome in 1885. "Autism" was coined by Bleuler in 1911, with full diagnoses soon after.

But what do I know? I'm not the Cabinet secretary in charge of the goddamn Department of Health and Human Services.
