This might explain DOGE in the Treasury. At best, the US Gov't will have a state-owned propaganda app. But if TikTok is just a distraction (as I suspect it is), things could be a whole lot worse.

Guys like Zuck (and Elon) have to use their money/influence to tank the competition bc they can't get exactly what they want on their own merits. Watching them try to capitalize on it is even more embarrassing.
