Just finished watching “Worzel Gummidge” - the new version. It was a special one for Bonfire Night.
I know I moaned about the changes because people insist on making things “relevant for the kids”, but it’s so lovely - funny, beautiful scenery, gorgeous music courtesy of The Unthanks 1/2

Just caught the last bit of comedian John Kearns - The Vanishing Days. Funny, poignant and, at times, melancholy. He’s won an award (or probably more) at Edinburgh.

Just watched “Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne - Coming Home”. Very emotional. I started getting a bit weepy about 30 mins in, but the tears really flowed at the end… worth a watch if you missed it.

The Hack -still interesting & diverting but not quite as much as last week (can’t imagine why…🤔) another of my faves is in it so that’s a + despite the wig that doesn’t suit her! The lovely Eve Myles has been everywhere lately. I hope she’s playing someone less nasty this time!
