Can’t fully articulate how excited I am about this. Tonight the NM Senate passed HB 69, 40-0! HB 69 introduces a multiplier to help adjunct & contingent faculty more quickly discharge their student loans under the PSLF program.

So very proud of this. After a 3-hour debate, the NM house passed our ban on captive audience meetings. This has been a fantastic partnership between AFT NM, the Teamsters, and AFSCME 💪
