The wanna be emperor has been told many times he has no clothes. He doesn't care b/c he has convinced too many voters that he does have clothes and that they should send him money so he can give them the same (non-existent) clothes that he has.

I understand weaponized ignorance and I don't disagree with you about older worker's resisting technology. But step back for a second and think that maybe they had more going on than changing a computer.

Its hard to imagine someone so cheap that they serve they serve a $3 dollar steak at $500k per seat dinner just to keep a few (very few) more dollars.

Well if they didn't write about this @nytimes.com would have to write about Trump's complete ignorance of economics, how he is destroying institutions and otherwise acting like he can do whatever he want w/o consequences. You know, actually performing the functions of the fourth estate.

The Republican caucus hasn't stood up to him on anything yet. I don't think this would be the one either. Congressional Republicans are both afraid and desperately trying to personally profit at the same time.

Why pick a fight you don't have to? HTS wants to focus on Damascus and Assad. Afterwards, the Russians will either leave willingly or offer substantial (as substantial as Russia can can) financial/military incentives to continue using the ports and airfields. HTS will either take the money or not.
