Someone explain to me how Target Circle/similar programs don’t totally violate AB 5? It’s amazing how brazenly massive corporations skirt labor law knowing it will never be enforced against them.

The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.

Trump-Musk-Vance are closing a Social Security office in Mansfield, OH. The county Mansfield is in went for Trump 70.8% to 28.4% in 2024. Voters 65+ in Ohio overall went for Trump at a higher rate than voters in that age group did nationally. Caveat emptor.
