I started carrying one when I worked a construction adjacent job.
A razor would have done of it, but I followed the old-timers.
Cutting into bags that have soil in them dulls a blade super fast btw. Way easier to swap the blade in this bad boy than sharpen; can still flip open/fidget with it too.
