This may be a controversial take but penalizing someone for being quiet for a short amount of time while they're trying to think is actually kinda biased against neurodivergent people. If I'm trying to focus on something, I can't make small talk too. I'm not ignoring you, I'm thinking.

Maybe I gained some of the weight I lost, but oh well. It's a process or something like that.
