Magnolia Mistress is one of the first #surfacepattern designs that I've ever created. I still feel very nostalgic about it!
It was created traditionally with fine liners on paper, later scanned and coloured digitally. #surfacepatterndesing

Magnolia Mistress collection cover with a main pattern design in the background and collection name on top. The pattern shows pink magnolias on branches with pearls in flowing lines. The background of the pattent is navy blue. Two versions of the main motif: on the right is a black and white line art and on the left - fully coloured version. The main motif of the Magnolia Mistress was built out of Magnolia brunch with two fully bloomed, pink flowers and two small ones as well as green and blue leaves. There is a string of yellow pearls running around the branch. The composition is finished with two small branches of forget-me-not flowers. Secondary composition made out of the elements containing a Magnolia brunch with three fully bloomed, pink magnolia flowers and two small ones as well as green and blue leaves. The composition is finished with small branches of forget-me-not flowers. Secondary repeat pattern designs of the collection. This time the motifs are set in wavy lines. It's built out of pink Magnolias, green and blue leaves, string of yellow pearls and small branches of forget-me-not flowers.
