Tonight I am newly angry at journalists just allowing republicans to spew nonsense for years and years to get us to this point where these elected officials are just saying blatant untruths, basically proclaiming their delusions as fact, and journalists just nod their heads and report it

Would love to know where exactly Republicans yelling about deporting full US citizens who call them out on their shit plan to deport them. Like is Mexico just going to be the default because they’re unaware of any other country’s existence are they going to be digging into folks’ genealogy
