Great explanation at a level I can grasp. It honestly makes me wish I was better educated so I could really get it.
1. Imagine we land a space probe on one of Jupiters’ moons, take up a sample of material, and find it is full of organic molecules. How can we tell whether those molecules are just randomly assembled goo or the outcome of some evolutionary process taking place there? 🧪

Science is amazing. Someone figured out you could use groups of galaxies as a gravitational “magnifying lens” that allows Hubble to see deeper into space.

To be a fly on the wall for when that was proven true…

Today I learned there are other Colorado School of Mines alums here that I never knew about. Not sure I count though…not undergrad.
