It’s been raining on and off while still being sunny. I got a nice 10 mile run in yesterday afternoon. I’m having a solid week.

299 stories. 6596 steps on a 60 min stair climb. I slowed down a few times to hydrate and tried like hell for 300 in the last min. Plus 5 miles of outdoor walking. Tomorrow doesn’t look good
