Practicing Beethoven’s Pathétique. Played it when I was 22 and will be 41 when I perform it in April. Feels like relearning the piece. It’s fun! I have a new score, but I keep comparing it to my old score. The changes I make are fun to see. I have changed so much as a pianist over these 20 years.
