Elbow were great last night at the Castlefield Bowl. What a great venue on a summer night.

Had a great night out last night with dinner at Battlesteads Hotel in Wark followed by a couple of hours of star gazing at the dark skies observatory just behind the pub. It was my first Astropub experience 🔭 ⭐

It was beautifully clear and we saw galaxies, nebulae and some of Jupiter’s moons.
The laser pointer against a dark but starry sky showing us where to look with our binocs.
