I'm an adult cis man of 36, married over 10 years, and completely confirm this is 100 percent true. I can guesstimate a man's weight no problem, women's I'm always waaaay off on. The weight distribution is so different, I usually under estimate by 20-30 pounds or more (this is an internal exercise)
