The first season was solid, I was amused that the big bad was a Northern Irish leader of a biker gang.

It just shows how actresses get such a raw deal in general, that they que up to work with him. It says a lot that nobody else managed to give Jessica Lange a regular gig on a TV show.

The acting in general is quite stilted in most cases. The rest of the cast too New York to be denied.
